Infinite Glass Passions offers the following Returns Policy:
- A return authorization is required prior to returning any merchandise. Please, e-mail us for approval: email@example.com .
- Return authorizations must be requested within 10 days of the original date of purchase.
- All of our items carry a 10-day money back guarantee as long as they are returned in the same mint condition as received. If you do not wish to keep the undefective item you must return it at your shipping expense for a refund of the purchase price (you get full credit for merchandise, but not shipping cost). If you return merchandise that originally qualified you for free shipping, you will be credited the purchase price less the shipping costs that were incurred on the original shipment.
- Exchanges receive 100% credit towards a future purchase unless the product is a special order item.
- All refunds and order cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Special order items are not returnable and deposits for special orders are not refundable.
- Our products are shipped with full insurance coverage. By entering into a purchase agreement with us, the customer agrees that in the event of loss or damage during shipment, the customer will be compensated by the insurance claim process and the customer agrees not to perform a credit card chargeback to recover such a loss. In the event that your purchase was damaged in transit please do not throw away any packing including the outer carton as this will void any claims. Damage claims must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving shipment or your claim is invalid. The customer also agrees to assume all liability for loss or damage during shipment if there is a 'Signature Release' of any kind on file for the delivery address.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order. The contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we have charged your credit card.
